Very well designed, and excellently subtle type as well. Are you using the Photoshop Tilt Shift for blurring the background?

Thank you.
The way I blurred it was basically an even more simplified way of creating a tilt shift: duplicated the background, set a low Gaussian blur, and erased the parts that I wanted 'focused' in. No gradients or masking involved.

The way I blurred it was basically an even more simplified way of creating a tilt shift: duplicated the background, set a low Gaussian blur, and erased the parts that I wanted 'focused' in. No gradients or masking involved.
